25 year old Michael Debrown, of Roselle, Illinois, was arrested and charged for being in possession of an explosive device, which was discovered inside a residence on the 3500 block of West Flournoy Ave. at approx. 1:15 a.m. on February 2, 2017.
This alert gives notice to the residents of the 16th District (Jefferson Park) of several residential and apartment burglaries that have occurred. In these incidents, unknown offender(s) have entered apartments and residences, through windows or doors, and have taken electronics, jewelry, cash, and other miscellaneous items.
Gather was arrested after being positively identified as the offender who fatally struck a 35-year old woman with his vehicle as she crossed the street. The accident occurred in the 1300 block of South Kedzie on February 1, 2017 at approximately 6:27 p.m.

On Monday, January 30th, 2017, at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Fullerton Ave., an unknown offender attempted to lure a 10yr old and 7yr old female (walking together) to his van.
