This alert gives notice to citizens residing in District 19 of robberies that occurred on August 29th and 31st. In these incidents, offenders approached the victims on the street and used force to rob them. In two incidents, the victims were attacked from behind. In one incident the offenders engaged the victim in conversation and then committed the robbery.
