On April 23rd, 2016 at approximately 8:00 p.m. an unknown male offender approached an 11 year old male child victim as he was riding his bicycle with other children around the area of the 4800 block of West Cornelia Ave. The offender grabbed the victim and inappropriately touched him and stated “I thought you were my girlfriend.” Several citizens came out to help the children and the offender fled northbound on Cicero Ave.
