Felix Valentin was arrested in connection to a murder that occurred at approx. 11:45 pm on April 2, 2016. Valentin was charged after he was identified as the offender responsible for firing the fatal gunshot that struck a 51-year-old male victim as he worked at a tavern on the 3600 block of N. Pulaski.
