Officers responded to a call of “shots fired” on July 27, 2015, at approximately 10:30 p.m. and observed a minivan travelling erratically southbound on Kedzie Ave. An occupant of the minivan then fired shots at another vehicle before becoming involved in a traffic crash on the 5900 block of S. Western. The above four offenders were then placed in custody by responding officers and the offenders were identified as the subjects who approached a 28 year old male, produced a handgun, and announced a robbery on the 3200 block of W.
