This alert gives notice to citizens in the 003rd District (Grand Crossing) of robbery related incidents which have occurred during the month of January. In these incidents, victims agree to purchase cellphones via an internet application. Upon arrival at location of transaction, the offender has produced a black handgun and demands property. made entry into the apartment through the window and takes property from within.
