CPD Community Alert – Wanted for Armed Robbery on the CTA Green Line (P16-1-192CA)
On August 1st, 2016, at approximately 4:11 pm, the pictured offender sat next to a male victim on board a CTA Green Line train, pointed a handgun at him and demanded his phone. The victim complied and the offender fled off the train at the 63rd )Street platform.

This alert gives notice to the residents of the 007th District (Englewood) of recent residential burglaries that have occurred. In these incidents, unknown offender(s) have entered apartments and residences, via windows. The offenders have taken Electronics, other miscellaneous items.

About the Crime:
This alert gives notice to citizens in the 009th District (Deering) of robbery incidents which have occurred during the month of July. In these incidents unknown male black and/or hispanic offender(s) approached victims and demanded their property.
CPD Business Alert – Wanted for Robbery and Aggravated Battery to Merchant 6th District (Gresham)
This alert gives notice of two incidents in which businesses were robbed. These incidents occurred within the boundaries of the 6th District. In these robberies, two female black offenders enter the business, and attempted to shoplift. When confronted by store employees, the offenders produced a canister of pepper spray and in one instance used it to spray an employee. For More Information Click Here

This alert gives notice to residents of Beat 613 in the Gresham District of robbery incidents which have occurred in the month of June. This alert gives notice to residents of Beat 623 in the Gresham District of a recent increase in garage burglaries. A total of four incidents were reported between June 16 and June 23, 2016 and occurred in the area extending from 79th Street South to 81St Street between Princeton and Yale.
