Dominique Parkman was arrested in connection to a murder that occurred on May 28th, 2013, on the 11600 block of South Vincennes Ave at approx. 3:05 pm. He was charged after being identified as the offender responsible for the shooting death of a 22 year old male victim, who was struck multiple times about the body and subsequently pronounced on scene. Parkman was arrested in Miami, Florida on February 24th, 2015 and extradited to Chicago on March 9th. He was charged accordingly and is expected to appear in Central Bond Court later this afternoon.
Rodriguez was arrested after she was identified as the person responsible for inflicting fatal injuries to her 7-month old granddaughter on March 9, 2015, at approximately 9:20 a.m., in the 2800 block of S. Avers. Family members entered the apartment and discovered the victim unresponsive and notified CFD and police. The offender was placed into custody and transported to an area hospital for treatment of self-inflicted injuries. The offender was treated, released, and subsequently charged.
About the Crime:
On March 9, 2015 at approximately 8:35 a.m., a 38-year-old female was walking alone on the 3000 block of N. Mason when a male offender approached her and attempted to engage her in conversation of a sexual nature after which he exposed his penis and continued to walk southbound on Mason.

This alert gives notice to citizens residing in the 015th District (North) of robberies that have occurred during the month of March. In these incidents, an unknown offender approaches victim, points a revolver at them and demands their property.
Offender also takes their jackets and pants and has them lie on the ground before fleeing.
Frank Butler Jr. was arrested in connection to a murder that occurred on August 27th, 2013, on the 1600 block of West 59th Street at approx. 9:10 pm. He was charged after being identified as the male offender responsible for fatally shooting a 26 year old male in the back of the head. The victim was initially found lying unresponsive on the sidewalk by officers responding to a call of a person down and was transported to Stroger Hospital where he was ultimately pronounced. Butler was arrested on March 8th, 2015 on the 7700 block of South Ashland Ave at 6:00 pm. He was charged accordingly and is expected to appear in Central Bond Court this afternoon.

This alert gives notice to Business owners in the 011th District (Area North) of an increase in Burglary related incidents that have occurred during the month of March. In these incidents, offender(s) used force and made entry through the rear doors of multiple adjoining business establishments.
