21 FEB 18-Community Alert-8th District Wanted for Attempt Luring
On Tuesday, 20 February 2018, at approximately 4:00 p.m., in the 3700 block of West 58th Street, an offender attempted to lure a 15 year old female as she was walking down the sidewalk. The offender engaged the victim in conversation and exposed himself to the victim while asking her to get into his car. The victim immediately walked away from the vehicle and went home. The driver fled the scene E/B on 58th Street.
20 FEB 18-Community Alert-9th District Wanted for Home Invasion and Criminal Sexual Assault
This alert gives notice to residents of the 009th District (Deering) of a Criminal Sexual
Assault incident that occurred on the 2600 block of W. Pershing Ave, on February 20,
2018, at approximately 1:18 p.m. A female adult was sleeping in her bedroom
apartment, at which time an unknown offender made a forced entry through a window.
The offender then took property from the apartment and forced the victim to perform
oral sex on him.
20 feb 18-Community Alert-003 District-Child luring
This alert gives notice to residents of the 003rd District (Grand Crossing) of an Attempt Child Luring incident that occurred in the area of 61st and Dorchester on the date of February 16, 2018 at approximately 4:00 p.m. A female juvenile was walking on the public way to school when she was approached by an unknown male in a brown SVU. The offender then began speaking to the victim and motioning for her to come to his vehicle.
16 Feb 18 Community Alert 10th Dist
On Thursday, February 15th, 2018, at approximately 3:30 a.m., in the 3300 block of W 25th St, an unknown male sexually assaulted a female victim while armed with a knife. The offender emerged from an alley on foot and followed the victim for approx. 1 block before forcing her into an alley where the assault occurred. Offender fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction.
