Dikbas was arrested on February 27, 2018 on the 2300 block of W. Irving Park Rd. at approximately 10:27 p.m. after being identified as the offender that sexually abused and attempted to sexually assault a 26 year-old female while inside of a taxi cab being operated by Dikbas on the 3800 block of N. Recreation Dr. on February 25, 2018 at approximately 6:55 a.m. Dikbas then fled with the victim’s personal property. No further details are available at this time.
