06 May 18-DRAFT-Robert Skipper Charged With Attempt Criminal Sexual Assault
Skipper was arrested on May 5th, 2018 at approximately 2:27 p.m. after he was positively identified as the individual who followed the victim into an elevator on the 200 block of South LaSalle and inappropriately touched her. Skipper then forced the victim onto the ground not allowing the victim to leave. Skipper was placed into custody without incident and charged appropriately. No further information is available at this time.

06 May 18-22nd District Residential Burglaries
This alert gives notice to recent residential burglaries that occurred within the boundaries of the 22^nd District (Morgan Park) in the Beverly neighborhood on beat 2212. In these cases, a male offender entered houses and apartments through a window, and removed electronics and jewelry.
