21 OCT 18 - Community Alert Thefts 1st District (Central) -NPThis alert gives notice to vehicle owners parking their vehicles in the 1st District (Central), of theft related incidents that have occurred during the months of September and October. In these incidents, an unknown offender(s) punched the driver’s side door locks or broke the driver’s side windows, to force entry into work trucks and vans. The offender then took property from within.
21 OCT 18 - Community Alert Criminal sexual assault 1st District (Central) -NPThis alert gives notice to residents in the 1st District (Central) of a recent Criminal Sexual Abuse incident that occurred while the victim was walking in the area of Roosevelt Rd. and Canal St. An unknown male approached an adult female and inappropriately touched her.
20 Oct 18-14th District Seeking to Identify for Agg Robbery
No probable cause to arrest Aggravated Robbery occurred at 1219 N. Milwaukee Ave. (Green Arch Food Mart) 20 October 2018 at 3:22 p.m. Male African American entered the Green Arch Food Store implied a gun then demanded clerk open register and remove the cash.. Offender then fled northbound on Milwaukee Ave. Offender implied a handgun but never displayed one.
