21 Oct 19 - Community Alert Attempt Kidnapping 4th District
This alert gives notice to citizens of the 004th District and surrounding districts of a recent attempted kidnapping which occurred at approximately 9100 S. Baltimore on the 20^th of October 2019 at approximately 9:15 p.m. At this time, a male Hispanic offender  wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans exited an unknown make and model White SUV and approached a 23 year-old female victim while brandishing a knife. The offender stated to the victim “Bitch get in the car!” The offender grabbed the victim by her hair and attempted to pull her into his vehicle. The victim kicked the offender in the groin and fled on foot. The offender chased the victim on foot while the victim called 911 for help. The victim was able to obtain assistance from a citizen walking by and the offender fled Eastbound on 91^st St. in his white SUV

20 Oct 19 - Community Alert - 10th District Motor Vehicle Theft - P19-1-343CA MVT
This alert gives notice in the 010th District (Ogden) of Motor Vehicle Theft incidents which have occurred during the month of October. In these incidents, offender steals parked vehicle.  These incidents have occurred in the geographical locations listed below.

This alert gives notice to the Thefts that have occurred within the boundaries of the 010th District (Ogden) during the month of October. Offender(s) approaches victim while on CTA pink line train and takes cellular phone from victim.

19 Oct 19 -019th District Community Alert Cell Phone Thefts
This alert gives notice to the residents in the 19^th District of two recent cellular phone thefts. One or two offenders entered into businesses and approached individuals seated with cellular phones resting on tabletops. One offender removed the phones from the tabletops before fleeing from the business on foot.
