23 April 19-Community Alert-19th District Residential Burglaries
This alert gives notice to the residents in the 19th District of five recent residential burglaries. In those burglaries, the offender entered into the residences through unlocked front or rear doors during the day, evening and overnight hours. Once inside, the offender removes property from within the home before fleeing.
23 April 19-Community Alert-3rd District Taxi Robberies
This alert gives notice to citizens in the 3rd District (Grand Crossing) of robbery related incidents which occurred during the month of April. In these incidents, one to two offenders ordered a taxi service to proceed to similar addresses on S. LaGrange Rd. Upon the arrival of the taxi, one offender produced a handgun and demanded property before fleeing area.
23 April 19 Community Alert-25th District Burglaries
This alert gives notice to citizens in the 25th District (Grand Central) of recent burglaries. In these incidents, the unknown offender entered garages via the side door. The offender caused minimum to no damage to the door. The offender took tools, cash, and car parts or accessories.

In these incidents, an unknown offender(s) removed catalytic converters from parked vehicles.
20 APR 19 Community Alert- Motor Vehicle Thefts 9th District (Deering)P19-1-125CA NPThis alert gives notice to numerous Motor Vehicle Thefts that have occurred in the 9th District (Deering) during the month of April. In all of these incidents, the keys to the vehicle were left inside and the vehicle was running at the time of theft.
