In these incidents, the offender broke the glass of a front door and made entry into the business. The offender proceeded to remove merchandise from the business and fled the scene.

In most of these incidents, the offender(s) gained access to the businesses through the rear door by using a crowbar and then stole property from within. In several incidents, ATMs were taken and other merchandise.

These burglaries have occurred within a couple blocks of each other. In these burglaries, the offenders gained entry into the residence by portraying themselves as repairmen. Once inside the residence, the offender(s) then lured the victim into another room or outside, distracted the victim, while another offender stole personal property.
