There have been recent aggravated vehicular hijackings in the 014th and 025th districts. The offenders approached victims in or near their vehicle, produce handguns and take vehicles along with personnel property. These offenders also drove by and grabbed a purse from a victim dragging her to the ground as she was walking in a parking lot.
