CPD Community Alert – Armed Robberies 2nd District (Wentworth)
About the Crime:
This alert gives notice to citizens in the 002nd District (Wentworth) of recent robbery related incidents. In these incidents, one to three male offenders approached a victim, displayed a black handgun, and demanded the victim’s property. The offenders then take the victim’s personal property or vehicle and flee the scene.

About the Crime:
This alert gives notice of recent theft from utility vehicles in the Morgan Park and Washington Heights neighborhoods. These incidents generally occur during the weekend. The offender(s) breaks a rear window and pries open a door to steal various tools and equipment from within.
