About the Crime: 

This alert gives notice to citizens in the 003^rd District (Grand Crossing) of recent vehicular hijacking incidents. In each incident, one to two male offenders approached a female victim that was sitting inside or was just outside her vehicle.  The offender(s) displayed a black handgun and demanded the victim’s car keys.  After the victim exited her vehicle, the offender(s) entered the vehicle and drove from the scene.
