“As a 26 year veteran of CPD, the 4th district is definitely where I call home. Not only am I a resident of the district, but this where I have spent most of my career, having served as the tactical lieutenant, a watch commander, a sergeant, and an officer in the district, prior to becoming the district commander. Therefore, I have always had this community’s best interests at heart. I envision working together with the community with an emphasis on accountability, cooperation, and smiling faces.
