On March 24, 2015 at approximately 5:00 PM an unknown male subject approached the male juvenile victim from behind at approximately 7421 S. South Shore Drive and grabbed him by the shoulder, then walked the victim to Rainbow beach at approximately 76th Street. The offender walked the victim on the beach towards the water where the offender pulled his own pants down exposing his genitals. The offender turned the victim to face him and attempted to pull the victim’s pants down.
