Juan Flores was arrested after he was identified as the person who robbed a liquor store located in the 3800 block of W. North Ave as well as pushing a 79-year-old victim to the floor. The incident occurred April 28, 2015 at approximately 11:20 p.m. Flores was also identified as the person who robbed a convenience store in the 2700 block of N.
