Fajardo was arrested and charged in connection to a fatal hit and run that occurred on the 3200 block of N. Milwaukee Ave. on February 21, 2016, at approximately 5:20 a.m. Fajardo was the driver of a white SUV and was traveling Northwest on Milwaukee when he struck a 34-year-old male that was crossing the street at the intersection.
