About the Crime:
This alert gives notice in the 012th District of burglary related incidents that occurred
during the month of February/March. In these incidents, offenders entered the
victim’s residence/garage. The incidents are listed below:
• 2500 Block of West Augusta Blvd on March 3, 2017 between 7:30AM and
7:30PM.
• 800 Block of North Richmond Street on March 7, 2017 at 11:00AM.
• 900 Block of North Mozart Street from February 28- March 8, 2017 between
8:30PM-11:00AM
• 800 Block of North Richmond Street on March 10-11, 2017 between 7:00PM-
11:45AM.
About the Offenders:
• Unknown description
What you can do:
• Always be aware of your surroundings
• Report suspicious activity immediately
• If you are confronted by an assailant remain calm
• Remember any unique physical characteristics (scars, limp, acne, teeth,
etc…)
• Never pursue a fleeing assailant, provide the information to the police
• If video surveillance equipment is present, please save a copy of the incident
for investigating detectives
• If approached by a witness to the incident, request contact information
• Dial 9-1-1 immediately and remain on scene when possible
