This alert addresses a suspicious vehicle described as a black Jeep Grand Cherokee type vehicle containing 3 male black teen subjects. The offending vehicle approached a lone juvenile victim and called him over to the vehicle. The victim ran away and the vehicle pursued him, driving the wrong way down a one way street.
