15 Nov 18 - JB516631 Community Alert Criminal Sexual Abuse 14th District (Shakespeare) ---NPOn November 15, 2018, at approximately 8:05 a.m., a juvenile female victim boarded a CTA Blue Line train at the CTA Belmont train station, located at 3355 W. Belmont Ave. An unknown White male or White-Hispanic male offender stood in front of the victim and inappropriately touched the victim’s body on multiple occasions. The victim exited the train at the CTA Division Blue line train station located at 1200 N. Milwaukee Ave., as the unknown male offender remained inside of the railcar.
