This alert gives notice to citizens residing in the 002nd (Central) District of robbery related incidents during the month of March 2019. A male black offender 5’07-5’09 135lbs wearing a black hooded sweatshirt dark jean and a red bandana over his face presented a knife and robbed victims cutting both of them during a struggle. These incidents have occurred during the daytime hours in the general geographical locations listed below:
