19 Jan 19 - 18th District Community Alert Robbery
This alert gives notice to residents of the 18th District (Near North) of recently reported robberies. In each incident, the offender(s) approaches victims and forcibly grabs cell phones from their hands. The offenders then flee on foot. During two incidents, the offenders fled in a black 4 door sedan vehicle. All of these incidents have occurred in Beat 1834.
