08 Jul 18-Community Alert-1st District-Robberies P18-1-198CAThis alert gives notice to citizens in the 1st District of robbery related incidents which have occurred during the month of July. In these incidents the offender who was in a wheelchair approached the citizen(s) on the public way and asked for change or cigarettes. As the citizen(s) complied, other offenders then attacked the citizen(s) and took personal property. These incidents have occurred during the morning hours in the general geographical locations listed below:
