This alert gives notice to citizens in the 3^rd District (Grand Crossing) of robbery related incidents which have occurred during the month of August. In these incidents, the offender approached the victims on the sidewalk or in the parking lot under the ruse of borrowing change or a phone. The offender then displayed a knife and demanded/took property.
