This alert gives notice to citizens residing in the 014th and 019th District of an increase in Robbery related incidents that have occurred during the month of August In these incidents, 2 offenders, approx. 15-20 years of age, approach victim, physically restrains the victim by physically grabbing them or placing them in a headlock or surrounding them so there is no place to go, displays a knife in a menacing manner and robs victim of their cellphone, credit cards or USC. Offenders then run to a waiting black Nissan or Honda hatchback vehicle and flees.
