This alert gives notice to residents of recent robberies that have occurred within the boundaries of the 019th District. In these incidents, the offender(s) approached the victim from behind and/or engaged them in conversation and battered them. The offenders then took the victim’s property. In some incidents the offender(s) were armed with a handgun.
