12 DEC 18- Community Alert 019th District Vechiles Rims Thefts P18-N-314
This alert gives notice of recent thefts of vehicle rims and tires that have occurred in the 019th District. In each incident, the unknown offender(s) take the rims and tires off of the victim’s vehicles. The offender(s) committing these acts while the vehicles are parked on residential streets during overnight hours.
