On Friday, December 7, 2018, at approximately 10:48 p.m., in the 500 block of West Washington, a dark-colored (black or dark grey with a matte finish) Dodge Charger with tinted windows, was traveling eastbound on Washington Boulevard in a reckless manner. The vehicle traveled through the intersection at Clinton Street, and it struck a 59-year-old pedestrian who was crossing in the east crosswalk. The victim was seriously injured. The vehicle continued fled eastbound on Washington Boulevard. The vehicle may also have front-end damage near the passenger side.
