In the 8000 block of S. Phillips at approximately 2:50 p.m., a 54-year-old male victim was in an alley when he sustained a gunshot wound to the left leg by an unknown offender. The victim was transported to Trinity Hospital in good condition. Area Two Detectives are investigating.

The victim, a 27-year-old male, was engaged in a verbal altercation with a known male offender that became physical. The offender struck the victim about the head before producing a firearm and opening fire. The victim sustained gunshot wounds to the leg and thigh, as well as a laceration to the head, and was transported to the University of Chicago Hospital in serious but stable condition. No other injuries were reported. No one is in custody at this time. Area Two detectives are investigating.

A 21-year-old male was walking on the sidewalk when shots were fired. The victim walked into Trinity hospital with a gsw to the groin area and is listed in fair condition. There is no one in custody and the circumstances surrounding the incident are being by Area Two detectives.

In the 500 block of W. Kenzie at approximately 1:50 p.m., a 27-year-old male victim was inside an apartment when he sustained a gunshot wound to the right leg by an unknown offender. The victim was transported to Northwestern Hospital in good condition. Area Three Detectives are investigating.

A 13-year-old male was standing outside when a passenger in an unknown white vehicle began firing in the victim’s direction. The vehicle circled the block and the offender began firing in the victim’s direction again. The victim was found in the 9100 block of S Dauphin with two gunshot wounds to the back and one gunshot wound to the upper chest. The victim was transported to Comer Children’s Hospital. No offender is in custody and Area 2 Detectives are investigating.

UPDA TE: The victim is 14 years of age and has been pronounced.

A male victim, 34 was walking on the sidewalk when a silver truck approached and fired shots from inside the vehicle. The victim sustained a gunshot wound to the left leg and was transported to Mt Sinai hospital in good condition. No one is in custody, Area Four Detectives are investigating.

Officers responding to a person shot discovered a male victim, 35 in the rear of a residence with two gunshot wounds to the back of the head. The victim stated he was being chased by unknown offender who produced a handgun and fired multiple shots. The victim was transported to Mt Sinai hospital in critical condition. An 18-year-old male victim was involved in a verbal altercation with a known male offender while traveling inside a white sedan. The altercation turned physical and when the offender exited the vehicle the offender displayed a firearm and fired in the victim’s direction. The victim sustained one gunshot wound to his right elbow. The offender fled in an unknown direction in a white sedan. The victim self-transported himself to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition. There are no offenders in custody. Area One Detectives Are Investigating.

A 33-year-old male victim was involved in a verbal altercation with multiple unknown offenders. During this altercation, an unknown offender produced a firearm and the victim sustained two gunshot wounds to his right thigh and ankle. The offenders fled on foot in an unknown direction. The victim was transported to The University of Chicago hospital in good condition. There are no offenders in custody. Area One Detectives Are Investigating.

The victim, a 45-year-old male, related he was walking at the above location when he heard shots and felt pain. The victim sustained a gunshot wound to the back and was transported to St. Francis Hospital in serious but stable condition. No other injuries were reported. No one is in custody at this time.
