This alert gives notice to citizens residing in the 015^th District (Austin) of an increase in Robbery, Vehicular Hijackings that have occurred during the month of May.  In these incidents, unknown male black offenders wait for victims to exit their vehicle. The offenders then approach and demand the victim’s car keys.
