The Chicago Police Department is committed to fostering a culture of transparency and accountability throughout the Department and with the communities we protect and serve. As part of the ongoing efforts to maintain trust and transparency, CPD has launched a series of Transparency Dashboards aimed at providing current and accurate data related to use of force and officer accountability.
The Use of Force Dashboard displays information related to CPD use of force incidents; and the Accountability Dashboard displays information related to complaints filed against CPD members.
