On Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at approximately 10:36 pm, in the 1800 block of North Burling, an unknown male Hispanic offender approached the victim a 26 year old female from behind, grabbed and pushed the victim to the ground. The offender proceeded to sexually abuse the victim and fled the scene on foot.

17 May 19 - 018th District Motor Vehicle Theft Pattern
This alert gives notice to residents of the 018th District of motor vehicle thefts that are occurring in Beats 1824, 1832, 1833, and 1834. In each of the incidents, the victims’ vehicle is parked, unoccupied, and running with the keys in the ignition when an offender will approach after being dropped off nearby. An offender will enter the victim vehicle and drive away from the scene. During (2) of these incidents, the victims described the offender vehicle as being a silver Chevy sedan.

This alert gives notice to businesses of the 018th District of reported retail thefts from businesses. In each incident, the offenders enter the business and take cellular phones that are offered for sale. The offenders then flee the store on foot making good their escape. These incidents are occurring in Beat 1822.
