On Monday, September 10, 2018, at approximately 12:00 a.m., a 15-year-old female victim was walking in the 2600 Block of West Bryn Mawr Ave., accompanied by her mother, when a White Hispanic male motioned for her to come towards his room at a motel. The offender continued to motion for her to come over to his room and the offender stated to her in Spanish, “I want to have sex with you and I want drugs.” The mother of the juvenile confronted the offender and the offender then went back into his room. The mother of the victim contacted the police.

This alert gives notice of four recent garage burglaries that have occurred within the boundaries of the 20th District (Lincoln). These garage burglaries have occurred within a few blocks of each other. In these garage burglaries, the offender(s) gained entry into the premises through unlocked side doors and by forcibly opening the side door. Once inside, the offender(s) removed property from the garage.

This alert gives notice of two recent motor vehicle thefts and one attempt motor vehicle theft that have occurred within the boundaries of the 20th District (Lincoln).  In these motor vehicle thefts, all vehicles are Dodge Caravans. Vehicles were left locked and parked on the street.

16 Apr 18-Community Alert-20th District-Residential Burglaries
This alert gives notice to Residential Burglaries that have occurred within the boundaries of the 20th District (Lincoln). These Burglaries have occurred in the area approximately from Thorndale to Summerdale, and Western to Rockwell. In these Burglaries, the unknown offender(s) forcibly gain entry into the residence through a rear door or rear window. In one incident, the offender(s) are masked and armed with a silver revolver. The offender(s) have taken televisions, jewelry, cash, credit cards and electronic equipment including computers and gaming systems.
