29 Nov 18 - Attempt Child Luring 25th District
On November 29, 2018, at approximately 2:50 p.m., the female juvenile was walking home from school in the 4100 block of W. Palmer. A passenger of a nearby parked vehicle whistled to the minor and motioned with his finger for the minor to come to him.  The minor ignored the subject and continued to walk away as the passenger again whistled to the minor and again motioned with his finger for the minor to come to him.  The minor again ignored the subject and continued to walk away.

16 Nov 18 18-CWP-009(BA) Business Alert 14th,17th,18th,19th and 25th District NP

This alert gives notice to recent Armed and Strong Armed Robberies of convenience stores that have occurred within the boundaries of the 14th, 17th, 18th, 19th and 25th Districts.  While all convenience stores could be a possible target, the ones mentioned in these incidents are 7-11 stores.  In these incidents at least two of the offenders approached the clerk, grabbed and forced him/her to open the cash register. In one incident the offenders displayed handguns.  The other offenders either entered the stores and stole merchandise or stood watch at the store entrance.  The offenders took an unknown amount of US currency from the cash registers, as well as, other items throughout the store.

14 Nov 18 - P18-N-294(CA) Community Alert - Residential Burglaries 25th District (Grand Central) ---NP

This alert gives notice to residents in the 25th District (Grand Central) of recent residential burglaries that have occurred on beat 2524. In these incidents, an unknown offender(s) made forcible entry into the residences through a side window.  After entering the residences, the unknown offender (s) took property and an unknown amount of US currency.

9-Nov-18 Business Alert - Strong Arm Robberies 14th District (Shakespeare) and 25th District (Grand Central) NP

This alert gives notice to the businesses in the 14th District (Shakespeare) and 25th District (Grand Central), of recent strong arm robberies that have occurred on beats 1412 and 2523. In these incidents, an unknown offender entered the businesses and acted as if he was going to purchase an item. After the employee opened the cash register, the offender proceeded to take money from the cash register. In both of the listed incidents, the offender struggled with the employee and the offender was ultimately able to take an unknown amount of US currency from the cash register.

08 Nov 18 Community Alert - Robberies 16th District (Jefferson Park) and 25th District (Grand Central) NP

This alert gives notice to citizens residing in the 16th and 25th District of recent robberies that have occurred. In some incidents, the offender approached the victims from behind and snatched their cellphone and/or purse. In other incidents, the offender struck the victims and then forcibly took their cellphone and/or purse from their grip. In one incident the offender displayed a handgun to commit the robbery.

29 Oct 18 - Community Alert - Seeking To Identify in Homicide 25th District (Grand Central)- NP

Area North Detectives are seeking to locate the above Nissan Rogue bearing an unknown Illinois license plate in connection with the homicide that occurred on October 25, 2018 at 6:40 a.m., in the 4100 block of W. Diversey under RD# JB-489160. The Nissan Rogue has tinted windows and is missing a front license plate.

15 Oct 18- Community Alert - Armed Robberies 25th District (Grand Central)P18-N-258CA NP

This alert gives notice to the residents of the 25th District (Grand Central) of recent Armed Robberies that have occurred on beats 2533 and 2534. In these incidents, an unknown offender approached the victims from behind, produced a firearm and proceeded to rob the victims of their personal belongings.
