16 Nov 20 - Community Alert - 3rd District Robberies, Vehicular Hijackings P20-1-287CAThis alert gives notice to citizens in the 003rd District (Grand Crossing) of recent robbery and vehicular hijacking incidents. In three of the incidents, one to three offenders approached a victim as they walked and either displayed or implied that they were armed with a handgun before taking their property. In two of the cases, the victims had just exited their parked vehicles when they were approached by two to three individuals who displayed a handgun before taking their property and vehicles.
