Isidrio Valverde was arrested and charged after being identified by victim as the person who sexually assaulted her on 20 Aug 15 on the 900 block of W. Belden. During the course of arrest Valverde intentionally struck an arresting officer with his vehicle in an attempt to defeat the arrest. The officer was taken to an area hospital where the officer was treated and released.
Joseph Demmitt was arrested for reckless driving, as well as aggravated fleeing, when he refused to stop for traffic signals on July 29, 2015, at approximately 1:30 a.m. in the 800 block of North Halsted St. The offender’s reckless driving caused two separate accidents. 30Jul15 Charges for Demmitt, Joseph
Officers responded to a call of “shots fired” on July 27, 2015, at approximately 10:30 p.m. and observed a minivan travelling erratically southbound on Kedzie Ave. An occupant of the minivan then fired shots at another vehicle before becoming involved in a traffic crash on the 5900 block of S. Western. The above four offenders were then placed in custody by responding officers and the offenders were identified as the subjects who approached a 28 year old male, produced a handgun, and announced a robbery on the 3200 block of W. Ivan Sanchez was arrested in connection to a fatal traffic accident that occurred on July 18, 2015, at approx. 4:20 a.m. in the 0-100 block of W. Lower Wacker Drive. Sanchez was involved in a traffic crash that resulted in the death of a 20-year-old victim after his vehicle struck a concrete column. On May 26, 2015, at approximately 9:30 pm, pictured offenders entered the 7-11 grocery store located in the 100 block of N. Michigan Ave. The victim confronted the female offender who was observed by victim leaving the store with stolen merchandise. The male offender then struck the victim numerous times with a pipe wrench and both offenders fled on foot. For More Information Click Here
Jamal D. Joiner was arrested in connection to a murder that occurred on the 1000 block of North Springfield Ave at approx. 10:50 pm on April 17, 2015.

A male juvenile offender was arrested in connection to the murder of a 21 year old man that occurred on the 2400 block of South Sawyer Ave on July 13th, 2015.
