This alert gives notice of three Commercial Armed Robberies that have occurred within the boundaries of the 017th District (Albany Park). In all of these incidents, the offenders entered the business, displayed a handgun and demanded money from the cash register.
On September 13th, 2020 at 8:10 a.m., an unknown male was in the middle of the street while the female victim was exiting her vehicle. The male suspect pulled out his penis and began masturbating in the 5400 Block of Windsor Ave.
On September 20th, 2020 at approximately 3:00 a.m., the same unknown male suspect walked up to the front porch of the same female victim and while being recorded on the victims ring camera began masturbating on the front porch. Victim screamed at unknown male suspect to stop what he was doing or she was going to call the police. Suspect fled southbound on Long Ave.
The offender is described as a male black, 30-37 years of age, 6’00 in height, weighing about 160lbs. Offender was wearing a collared shirt and framed glasses.
This alert gives notice to residents of the 025th district of recent armed robberies with a firearm. The offender approached on foot, displayed a handgun and demanded property.
This alert gives notice of recent residential burglaries that have occurred within the boundaries of the 017th District (Albany Park) on Beat 1723. In all of these incidents,the unknown offender entered the residence through the front or rear door and took property.
This alert gives notice to residents of the 14th District (Shakespeare) of recent motor vehicle thefts. In these incidents an unknown offender targeted and stole Ford vehicles which contained tools. The unknown offender then fled the scene with the victim’s vehicle.
Area Five Detectives are seeking to identify the above pictured subject in relation to an armed robbery in the 25th District (Grand Central). This incident occurred at a business in the 2700 Block of North Harlem Ave. on August 19th, 2020 at 9:37 p.m. The offender entered the location, then produced a handgun and demanded money.
There have been recent burglaries of commercial businesses in the 025th District. In these incidents the offender used an object to smash the door or window and entered the business. The offender then took merchandise from that business.
This alert gives notice to residents of the 017th, 025th and the 014th districts of recent thefts. In these incidents, the unknown offender arrived in a black vehicle, possibly a Honda, and pointed a flash light in the direction of the victim. The unknown offender then demanded identification/wallet from the victim. The victims, believing the offender to be a police officer, complied. The offender then took money from their wallet and fled the area.
