Cordarius Lawrence, Darryl Wilson, and Joshua Martin were arrested after they were identified as the men responsible for the murder of a 29-year-old man on February 6, 2014. The incident
occurred on the 8100 block of S. Marshfield Ave. at approximately 2:15 a.m. Officers responded to a call of shots fired and found the male victim unresponsive on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to the chest. Attempt to Identify Homicide Offender in the 6th District
On December 23, 2014 at 3:13 p.m., at the Eberhart Food Store located at 457 E. 79th Street, the above pictured homicide offender entered the food store, displayed a firearm, and shot and killed a 23 year old male victim.
About The Offender
Homicide offender was described as a male black, approximately 23 years of age, approximately 5’10” tall, approximately 190 lbs, medium brown complexion, short black hair and facial hair.

The Chicago Police Department will conduct a Roadside Safety Check in the South Chicago (4th) District at Brainard and Baltimore Ave. The Roadside Safety Check will commence at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 29th, 2015 and end at 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 30th, 2015.
South Side Man Charged in 2014 Murder
Martin was arrested in connection to a murder that occurred on October 3rd, 2014 on the 10600 block of South Yates Ave at approx. 9:10 pm.

Juvenile Charged in Aggravated Battery of 7 year old
Charges for Juvenile _Agg Batt of 7YO_A male juvenile was placed in custody after being identified in connection to an aggravated battery that occurred on the 1300 block of W. 109th Place on May 20, 2015 at approximately 3:20 p.m. During the incident the 7 year old victim sustained a gun shot wound to the shoulder while walking at that location. The victim was taken to Comers Children’s Hospital in stable condition. The juvenile offender was charged accordingly.
South Side Man Charged in Battery of 7-Month-Old Child
Jeremy O’Neal was arrested and charged after he was identified as the offender who threw a piece of concrete through the window of a residence on the 1400 block of W. 73rd Pl. which struck a 7-month-old female in the head on May 3, 2015, at approximately 8:25 p.m. during a domestic dispute. 15May15 Charges for Jeremy O’Neal
Three Men Charged in Robberies and Police Shooting
Hogan, Powell and Belmont were arrested and charged in connection with two armed robberies. The first robbery occurred at approx. 2 a.m. on May 1, 2015, in the 3700 block of S. Vincennes, were the victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The second robbery occurred at approx. 3 a.m. on May 1, 2015, in the 0–100 block of E. 21st St. Officers while on patrol were flagged down by the victims of the second robbery, who gave officers a detailed description of the offenders and their vehicle. Officers located the offenders on the 500 block of 43rd Street. Hogan exited the vehicle revealing a handgun in his waistband area and charged the officer hitting him with his body. The officer’s weapon discharged after Hogan ran into the officer striking the offender. Hogan dropped the weapon and fled. Powell and Belmont were taken into custody without incident. The Chicago Police Department will be conducting a DUI Strike Force Patrol in the Calumet (5th) District this weekend. The DUI Strike Force Patrol will commence at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 2nd, 2015 and end at 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 3rd, 2015.
