About the Crime:
There have been recent Commercial Burglaries in the 17th District. In these cases,
the unknown offender(s) used a cement block or concrete to break the glass door of
the business. The offender(s) then entered the business and took property and
money.
Incident times and locations:
• 3200 Block of West Lawrence Avenue on October 10, 2017 at 10:00 pm.
• 3300 Block of North Elston Avenue on October 17, 2017 at 5:15 am.
• 3300 Block of West Lawrence Avenue on October 17, 2017 at 11:55 pm.
About the Offenders:
• Male White Hispanic, 20-30 years-old, hooded sweatshirt
• Male White Hispanic, 22-28 years-old, hooded sweatshirt
• Male black, 25-45 years-old 5’08-6’02, 200-250 pounds
What you can do:
• Be aware of this crime and alert other Businesses.
• Business owners should ensure that their business equipped with a working
video surveillance system and Burglar alarm.
• Call 911 immediately and provide a detailed description of the offender(s)
including any vehicle description and license plate information as well as
direction of flight, if known.
