Chicago Avenue, 4th Floor, Chicago, IL, 60622, or come into our offices Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. All people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. If you have not been treated appropriately by a member of the Chicago Police Department, you should contact the Civilian Office of Police Accountability. COPA documents complaints of other forms of misconduct and refers them to the Chicago Police Department’s Bureau of Internal Affairs. COPA is committed to conducting investigations that are thorough and fair. Your cooperation and commitment are invaluable to us.
