Court: Central Bond Court – 2600 S. California Avenue – December 23, 2016
Narrative: Joseph Richmond was charged after being positively identified as the offender who on December 22, 2016 at 1:35 p.m. removed 2 packages from a property on the 1900 block of N. Honore without the owner’s permission. Richmond was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit and charged accordingly. Richmond has multiple felony convictions and is currently on
parole after being convicted of Residential Burglary in 2015.
