He was identified as an offender who was involved in the fatal shooting of a 57 year–old male on September 27, 2021 in the 1300 block of W. Grenshaw (12th District) at approximately, 8:30 p.m. The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly. No additional information is available at this time.
28 Sep 21 - Community Alert - 16th District Fatal Hit and Run
On September 24th, 2021 at 10:47 P.M. a pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle while walking across the street at 4917 N. Milwaukee Ave. The 65 year old woman was struck by a vehicle matching the below description.

On Sunday September 12, 2021 at 10:38 AM a pedestrian was struck and fatally injured by a motor vehicle while crossing the street at 727 S. Independence Blvd. The 48 year old man was struck by an unknown vehicle traveling northbound on Independence Blvd.
