21 Sep 18 - MAIU 17th District pulaski and kennedy update
On Saturday, September 1st, 2018 at about 9:30 p.m., a male pedestrian was struck by an unknown vehicle in the block of 3900 N. Pulaski Road. The pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries. The vehicle failed to stop at the scene to render aid and exchange information. A dark colored SUV was reportedly seen passing this location at the time of the impact. This is an area with high volume of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Service roads in this area allow access north to Irving Park Road and south to enter the Kennedy Expressway, along with an entrance to the CTA Blue Line Train Station. The Chicago Police Department needs the help of the community to solve this Hit and Run.

On August 27, 2018 at 6:20 P.M. a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the 1800 18 Sep 18 MAIU Community Alert JB411243
block of West 35TH Street.  The 39 year old woman was struck by an unknown vehicle driven by a male, matching the below description.

06 Sep 18 - 11th District Community Alert Wanted for a Fatal Hit and Run

On August 23, 2018 at 2:05 a.m. a bicyclist was last seen riding his bicycle eastbound in the 4600 block of west Division Street.   He was then struck by a vehicle driving eastbound on Division Street from Cicero Avenue.  A 42-year-old male was possibly struck by the below described vehicle and died from his injuries.

On July 15, 2018 at about 10:00 p.m., a 64 year old male pedestrian was crossing the street near 5239 W. Fullerton Avenue. He was fatally struck by a speeding eastbound driver. The Ford Edge is white in color, and may have tinted windows surrounding. It fled east on Fullerton Avenue then north on Laramie Avenue. The driver’s side mirror housing was knocked off and the front driver’s side of this vehicle is likely to show damage from the crash.
