In all of these incidents, the offenders entered the business, displayed a handgun and demanded money from the cash register.

25 Sep 20 - Community Alert - 24th District Burglaries P20-3-176This alert gives notice to residents in the 24th District (Rogers Park) of recent burglaries on beat 2413. In these incidents, the unknown offender inserted an object into the door lock of the residential building. He then manipulated the object in order to make entry. Once inside the building, the offender removed or attempted to remove fire extinguishers.

25 Sep 20 - Community Alert - 16th District Public IndecencyOn September 13th, 2020 at 8:10 a.m., an unknown male was in the middle of the street while the female victim was exiting her vehicle. The male suspect pulled out his penis and began masturbating in the 5400 Block of Windsor Ave.
On September 20th, 2020 at approximately 3:00 a.m., the same unknown male suspect walked up to the front porch of the same female victim and while being recorded on the victims ring camera began masturbating on the front porch. Victim screamed at unknown male suspect to stop what he was doing or she was going to call the police. Suspect fled southbound on Long Ave.
The offender is described as a male black, 30-37 years of age, 6’00 in height, weighing about 160lbs. Offender was wearing a collared shirt and framed glasses.

In both cases, cash registers were stolen after the offenders forcibly entered the businesses. These incidents have occurred in the vicinity of the 8700-9900 Block of South Halsted St. during the overnight hours.

Lakewood, an unknown male black offender came up behind her and put her in a headlock. The female victim related the offender told her he had a gun and demanded her belongings. She related she complied and gave the offender her property. The victim stated after the offender took her property he told her to take off her face mask and give him oral sex. The female victim related she screamed and the offender pushed her down and fled southbound on Lakewood.
