About This Crime
On Tuesday, November 17th, 2015 at approximately 3:45 PM, a juvenile male was walking to an after school program when an unknown male approached him in the 3500 block of Ogden Ave. The unknown male then inappropriately grabbed the juvenile’s genitals and fled on foot in an unknown direction.
About the Offender
The offender is described as a black male approximately 25 years old, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and red/white gym shoes.

- Caution children to be alert for strangers
- Instruct children to report any suspicious activity to an adult immediately
